THE STATIC PARK HOME.

 Available is a self-contained static park home. (2007 model)  With central heating and double glazing. 

Sorry no pets and no smoking, in this unit.  

The park home sleeps 8 people, it has 3 bed rooms, one being a double bedroom and two twin rooms, there is also a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

There is a wc and a seprate shower room. The fitted kitchen is fully equiped with a LPG cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with ample storage space through out and  free view tv.

The park home has its own garden furniture and veranda with views over the rural parish of Pancrasweek. Car parking is next to the park home.

THE ANNEX

SORRY THE ANNEX IS BOOKED UP TILL THE END OF THE YEAR!!!

The Annex sleeps four people, has a fitted kitchen with a washing machine, cooker, microwave, and fridge (with freezer compartment) kettle and toster, as well as kitchen utensils and crockery.
There is a twin bedroom.  In the sitting room there is a  double sofa bed, there is also a folding dining table and chairs as well as a TV.  There are patio doors leading to the Annex fenced garden with its own garden furniture. There are alocated parking spaces for the annex residents.

Pets are welcome in the annex, but not to be left unattended at any times whilst on the site.

 Duvets, pillows and Bed linen are all supplied. A travel cot  and high chair is available at no extra cost, but must be booked in advanced.
